Don’t run because of the “sticker shock” our higher than typical gym memberships. What do you get from a typical gym membership? You pay a flat fee to use the equipment. At Bear State Gym, we program your workouts, instruct your movements, scale the workouts, offer nutritional suggestions as requested, and are committed to each client every time you walk in the door.

Our group sessions are the equivalent of semi-personal training.

Nutrition Coaching

Food can be used in so many ways. We want to help you learn about the foods you eat, better understand how different types of foods can affect you, and give you the tools to empower you in making the best choices to reach your goals and become a healthier you.

We ask for a 90 day committment to give you time to establish new habits and learn new skills you need to be successful. Your relationship with food will outlast your workout schedule and it began long before you know what a gym was. Our goal is to give you the tools you need to succeed.

After 90 days, we would be delighted to continue working with you in whatever capacity that we can and have different levels of service to match your needs.

One on One coaching

All of our coaches offer one on one sessions and can be contacted through the email listed below. We all find benefit from some extra attention or if you would like to focus on specific movements these sessions will allow the time and attention necessary for quicker improvements. We offer discounted rates to our members as well as packages that can help keep the cost reasonable, and allow you to reach your fitness goals more quickly.
