Bear State CrossFit Rates
If you are not familiar with CrossFit, you may think that our prices are higher than typical gym memberships. What do you get from a typical gym membership? You pay a flat fee to use the equipment. At Bear State CrossFit, we program your workouts, instruct movements, scale the workout if necessary, offer nutritional suggestions if requested, and are committed to each client every time you walk in the door. Our group sessions are the equivalent of semi-personal training. Remember, we are committed to helping you achieve your fitness goals…if you commit, you will achieve fitness beyond expectation. Unlimited CrossFit Classes
1 Drop In Class
You must have at least 6 months of CrossFit experience.
Please email to let us know that you will be joining us.
Show up 15 min prior to class to sign a waiver and pay.
One on One coaching
All of our coaches offer one on one sessions and can be contacted through the email listed below.We all find benefit from some extra attention or if you would like to focus on specific movements these sessions will allow the time and attention necessary for quicker improvements. We offer discounted rates to our members as well as packages that can help keep the cost reasonable, and allow you to reach your fitness goals more quickly.

Monthly AUTO PAY (bank draft only) Memberships: your monthly auto-payment agreement will be terminated once you have notified Bear State CrossFit by written notice 30 days prior to your payment due date. Your membership will end on the last day of the month of your most recently processed payment. You may attend classes per your membership until the end of your current fully paid month.
